Activity Areas

Our Activities

Our activity areas create value locally and globally by developing sustainable, innovative and collaboration-based models in the agriculture and food ecosystem.

01

Circular Production and Industrial Symbiosis Networks

Creating multidisciplinary sectoral partnerships that cover circular production and consumption systems, so that industrial zones, companies and HORECA chains can convert their organic waste and by-products into raw materials and increase their resource-use efficiency.

Spreading circular production systems across the country by carrying out activities such as building databases with smart operating systems that bring sectoral clusters and communities together, delivered through pilot projects.

02

Export-Oriented UR-GE Projects and National Partnerships

Within international clustering projects and the Ministry of Trade's UR-GE programmes, the export capacity of SMEs and start-ups in our ecosystem will be increased, and branding and corporate brand identity development will be supported through training and consultancy activities.

Through overseas marketing, buying delegations and B2B events, the aim is to strengthen corporate networks, widen access to global markets and strengthen the TAGFORUM ecosystem network on an international scale.

03

Cross-Border Consortia and International Networks

Establishing consortia along the sustainable agriculture–food axis with international supporting funding systems, and developing technology transfer and projects.

Joining international networks and developing the global networks of ecosystem stakeholders.

04

Innovation, Technology and Knowledge Sharing

Carrying out joint research and development work with national and international institutions so that innovative solutions can be produced: establishing laboratories, running workshops and training, and creating data platforms, so that stakeholders in our ecosystem keep pace with global developments and the current level of technology and innovation.

05

Sustainable Food Services Model

Through pilot café operations, the aim is to develop partnerships in the food service sector and to lead the way in sustainable food service practices.
